SoftCapp, Inc., was established as a global expansion of EST Enerji and Baytek Software Development Corporation, two companies with each with more than 20 years of experience developing manufacturing automation systems. Expertise at SoftCapp spans many software disciplines such as PLC development, mobile app development, cloud storage, and system compilers and more. Extensive applications development know-how, advanced mathematical capability, combined with educational background and years of industry experience make SoftCapp the perfect candidate for developing “turn-key” products for the automation industry. SoftCapp products aim to make automation systems faster and more reliable for our customers. Our proven track record can help you facilitate your full factory automation efforts.

OUR VISION

To introduce intelligent technology solutions to the manufacturing industry while improving quality and productivity. We achieve our vision by creating boilerplate code that uses established industry standards. This leaves far less customizing work for our clients.

All machine control software has many common components that are routinely used by manufacturers. Components like the User Management and the Recipe Management system are two examples. Our goal is to provide a suite of common components on a production line or a machine control system and implement them with accuracy and ease. Once this phase is complete, client teams can focus on customizing the features that are unique to their business with the understanding that the basic components are tried and true.

WHAT IS CLOUD AUTOMATION?

We start projects by sourcing objects that are ready to be downloaded and applied to our automation hardware. Human Machine Interface and Recipe Management are two features that are routinely downloaded from the Cloud. Therefore, this phase of the project is already complete.

WHERE IS MY DATA STORED?

All process data is stored in the Cloud. Recipes characterizing process, client data and proprietary information is protected by privacy and the strict rules of the Cloud.

DO I NEED TO UPGRADE MY HARDWARE?

There is no need to upgrade to expensive hardware. PLC systems and HMI screen hardware can run the whole automation project. Additionally, the Cloud provides disaster recovery, automatic upgrades, single sign-on and continuous maintenance as standard components of Cloud service.

We provide the infrastructure to support automation so that application engineering is simplified for each automation process.

KAZ BAYGANChief Executive Officer

Kaz’s vision is to apply more than 30 years of software development experience to automate and improve business performance. Kaz established Baytek in 1990. Through Baytek, he has accumulated expertise in solving many types of software problems for major corporations like Thomson Reuters, Universal Studios, Green Dot, AAA, Raytheon and more. He has designed their business software and created new solutions across all types of industries. With an educational background in electrical and software engineering, he is the primary architect of SoftCapp tools. He has used cutting-edge technology resulting in easy-to-use applications that are suitable to most business models. The SoftCapp products were developed with an emphasis on cost saving solutions that are reliable, and quick to implement. His software architecture skills resulted in the Chameleon Automation Platform which is unique and novel approach to effective software design.

Aysin KitapciCOO

Aysin has more than 40 years of engineering, research, and business experience after graduating from University of Southern California (USC,) with Ph. D in Electrical Engineering. For a decade she was an academic with a variety of different roles. She received several research grants and published well known papers during this period. She transferred to industry and worked as Vice President of an SME where she managed key research projects. As a founder of EST 25 years ago, she has managed many high-tech automation projects in Europe and the United States. She has in depth expertise in linear systems, factory automation, robotics, and manufacturing execution systems. Currently, she is transferring her business acumen and technical knowledge to managing and developing the Chameleon Automation Platform. Her factory automation experience has played a key role in the development of this product.

Orhan SonmezChief Technical Officer

Orhan has contributed to many automation and manufacturing execution projects at EST for more than a decade. His refined computer engineering skills helped customers achieve simple and elegant solutions without bugs. His involvement in over more than a dozen complex automation projects created many success stories for EST. His automation expertise is vast in the areas of PLC, SCADA and manufacturing execution with end-to-end integration. He will guide the implementation of Chameleon applications using his deep and extensive experience.

Lynn KellerCMO

Lynn’s more than 30 years’ experience in business and the performing arts. She has developed marketing materials and used social networking tools to build market share. Lynn will apply sound marketing principles to SoftCapp to create a healthy business climate for the company and its clients. As the creator of Chameleon’s
logo Mick, she will continue to direct the marketing teams to ensure that marketing materials are fun and engaging and that information flows smoothly from SoftCapp to industry.

Berna is marketing assistant to the CMO. Berna uses digital and traditional methods across multiple platforms ensuring that marketing efforts are developed and coordinated for optimal outreach in all areas of the business.

Suleyman YeltekinCFO

Sulu has expertise in forming startup companies. He has several engineering degrees, and a masters from University of Southern California (USC.) As a seasoned business partner at EST, he is adept at keeping company finances healthy, even during economic downturns. He has managed sales efforts and been instrumental in developing international branding for EST. He will apply his business experience to ensure that SoftCapp is able to thrive.

Hasan UyarResearch and Development Manager of SoftCapp

Hasan plans and directs all aspects of SoftCapp’s objectives and initiatives. He is an expert developer very skilled in integration of different hardware and software systems. He ensures that SoftCApp products are on the cutting-edge by steering the organization to new innovations while monitoring new industry developments. Hasan’s experience in product development and applications will be applied to his role at SoftCapp.

Elliott BayganSenior Software Architect

Elliott does product design and development. Although SoftCapp products are designed to be “turn-key” at installation, Elliott interfaces with client technical staff to ensure that start-up and customization is smooth and seamless. Elliott’s experience as an applications developer, means he understands the value of listening to and being responsive to client needs

Yasin balances a keen understanding of technology with a strong sense of how users view and interact with applications and the user interface. It is vital that the end-user has a tool designed to be attractive and functional.
